$1,500 Nature-Saving Scholarship for Students

Eligibility: students who are currently enrolled in high school, university, or college in any location can participate

Award: the first place winner will get $1,000 and the second place, $500

Deadline: we provide two contests a year. The application deadline for the current one is March 11, 2018

$10 ENTRY FEE ($15 if you desire a copy of the winning publication)

Deadline March 1, 2013.

Winner will receive $1,000, publication of the work in Rosebud, and three copies.

Four runners-up will receive $100 and publication. 3,500 words more or less.

Up to 4,500 words will be considered.

Submit any kind of nonfiction, including essays of all kinds,

nature and travel writing, and memoir.
